I used the one from newer broken Technics deck, it worked fine.
I did try to get old one back to life, brushed an polish it, but it only get worse..
Best is to remove the old one and measure it, full width and the diameter of the axis.
There are some new generic rollers to be purchase from web that have right dimensions.
