Hmm, I have some MG Chemicals Rubber Renue and a can of American Recording S-721H, and neither one has any real instructions on them. I just use them a few times a year and wipe off any excess and let it air dry overnight. I just read the instructions for another pinch roller cleaner over at US Recording Media and they say you can use it after a few minutes after application and wiping off excess.
