QUESTIONS REGARDING SONY 770 REEL TO REEL DECK

Hi,

I have an opportunity to purchase a Sony 770 solid state reel to reel deck. i've done a web search and found they were apparently one of the best made at the time (1969, 1970..) . could anyone give me any guidance regarding their current value?

Also, anything special about this deck? how would it compare to my revox a-77 for example?
