Look at used Zektor passive component video switchers, or any passive component video switcher. The HDS4 HDS4.1 and HDS4.2 units will work. Use the stereo audio jacks for signal out and two of the three component video inputs for the stereo audio in signal. The leftover component video jack can be used for a coaxial digital audio path if desired.

Here's a rare white one on eBay, they are are usually black.
