Yes it is nice to see but I think we tape afficianados are few. The ipod is mainstream. Downloading music is mainstream. If Mr. Gatea and Mr. Jobs can make millions then it's mainstream.
I highly admire Mr. Feinstein for what he is doing as an archivist of music that most everyone else has forgotten. I don't think you can beat an Irving Berlin or a Hoagy Carmichael or a Johnny Mercer and his efforts are refreshing and long overdue.Ray Hughes
