My 3014A is recording fine. I've only heard one tape made on a Dragon and it sounded as good as anything my deck can do. Of course this is through headphones as I didn't monitor through speakers. That said Im still getting used to the sound my 3014A can do, so if it betters a Dragon, I may not be aware of it yet. I haven't put a lot of tapes through the deck yet. All I know is it does sound the best I've heard to date. The Dragon tape was also very well done, though it was an ESL deck- not stock.
