Otari 5050BII speed change problem

My 5050BII used to work perfectly. Now, after its sat 4 yrs in a closet, I want to sell it...and while it runs at 15ips fine, it won't switch into 7 1/2. The sound of the relay isn't clicking for the speed change like it used to. I've worked the speed change switch to no avail, and I bet it is a dirty (unused too long) contact somewhere....but where? Speed change relay? How would I find it? Thanks!
