Keep in mind most tuners don't go above 15Khz because of the signal at 19khz for tuning. So you azimuth may be ok. It looks like you have an auto reverse deck similar in design to the JVC flip head system. Just turning the screw that is contact with the head shell should be enough. Just keep turning it until the high end gets the brightest it will be. But keep in mind the deck will need to be realigned after your project is over.
