Pioneer CT-F1000 Question

How hard is it to replace the belts and wheels (tires) on a Pioneer CT-F1000? I have no experience working on cassette decks, but I think (or should I say hope) I could do it if it isn't too involved (the definition of that being subjective, I know). Is it something a novice could do if detailed instructions are included, or is it best left to an experienced technician?
