There is the fact that the Otari's XLR inputs/outputs are wired with Pin 3 hot (instead of the usual Pin 2 hot), but this only matters if you need to preserve polarity, an issue for those of us with really polarity-coherent, minimum-crossover speakers. Most speakers won't convey polarity information anyway.
