Try the split and test method.
1) Try and disconnect the amps completely from the preamp, turn on and listen. Hum... it's the amps, no hum continue to 2)
2) Connect the Preamp alone with no sources attached to the Preamp and turn on the amps, and listen. If there's hum, it's something in the Preamp. If the Preamp output goes through a Potentiometer, try and turn the pot and see if the hum goes away when set to zero volume. If there's no hum continue to 3.
3) Start to connect your sources one by one and test......
Eventually you will find out what happened.
I tested my system and I get a slight hum when the amps are on only w/o the preamp powered-up.
When I power-up the preamp (of course with the amps off first) the hum is only residual 120 Hz power supply noise less than with the Preamp off but connected.
Maybe you started to notice this hum during a very quiet time ?
