I have a Krell amp (FPB 300) that I want to control with my lowly Yamaha preamp (you know, the hi-tech type with switched AC outlets on back).
"Krell Link" is a propriety daisy chain system of pairs of 5 pin "midi" sockets on Krell components so control components can command others on or off. Krell won't reveal how it works. I expect it's just a 5 or 12VDC signal that I could get by plugging the approprite power supply onto my pre, but I need someone with a multimeter and a Krell command component to check the output of the 5 pin socket on/off. Help anyone? Phil
