I live nearby Electronics Plus and went by the other day to see what their hours are, but like mpathus said their phone number (301 937 9009) has been disconnected and the actual store seems to be closed. I drove by to check it out and the door was locked, no sign of activity.

I remember going there about 8 or so years ago for some replacement capacitors but I have no idea how long they've been closed, if they really are closed.

I suppose I could ask at one of the adjoining businesses to see if anybody knows what the deal is.
