ON now makes them. I do not remember if they are the 3/4's or higher voltage rated devices but Jon Soderberg buys them in quantity for his Threshold repairs. He can sell you some matched pairs. They are a little more than what you can find discounted, but they are the real thing, and they are matched. The higher voltage rated device will give you a greater safety margin.
