As far as I know OK now makes Motorola, I have no idea who Mospec is. There are actually counterfits out there... How long a transistor should last depends upon the circuit and how it is used. Transistors often go due to other issues. I would be concerned if I lost my output transistors. You may have speaker issues. One other thing I do is zobel my outputs. I have had speaker cables take out the output transistors in amps;
