A little more info would be helpful, what's Ve?- Voltage, what sort of noise performance is needed, are you willing to use bjt or integrated circuits?

I'm guessing you want ~ 15 mA, have > 50 V to work with and need only ~2 Vac compliance?, or maybe you have more than that in noise/ripple on Ve-?

How much better than just a resistor do you need? to what frequency?


If you insist on mosfets you will want a smaller device to reduce parasitic C, using 4A rated power fets for mA will give poor performance
