Browser/Asylum problem

just switched from Chrome back to Firefox and after composing a post when I choose POST Message I get the yellow and red message that my ino is missing.

Please look below for the '* Error!' messages for each entry. Correct these problems and try again.
And the other one I get at the same time is

* Error! You must enter a Moniker or Username! Please try again.

This despite the fact that my name and password are already present there.
Can you tell me what I am doing wrong/or need to do to allow normal posting ?
