Can't pay for an announcement

Dang it! I have put a couple of hours into trying to post an announcement to the Industry News forum. I get the thing composed, reach the page where one pays the $20 by entering credit card info, get it all entered, and after hitting the continue button to process the payment, the frickin' server pushes a nonexistent page back: https://cgi/register.pl I tried it with both Firefox and IE. I tried that address with all sorts of prepends. I tried allowing popups. I chanted in Hindi. I tried emailing support, but no response from the webmaster all day. Eeeyaahhh!

I'm giving up now and posting straight to the Planar Asylum against the rules, but would appreciate it (almost as much as the asylum's bank account would) if the webmaster would fix this.
