You can use the Alert Moderator link to email a mod.

I suspect your problem is that your ISP or your email program is putting the Asylum emails in a spam bucket. We send the emails. AOL eats most of them. Hotmail usually puts them in the spam box. Other spam programs might as well. Basically, you need to check your spam filter or turn it off. Or allow email from audioasylum.com. Or complain to your ISP or IT staff and get he problem fixed.

It's also possible that your email box is full or in rare cases, the mail domain isn't set up properly and doesn't have a valid mx record. I can check the bounced emails for problems if I have the email address.

The forgot password link will send you the login details from any account with a valid email. If the email isn't registered, then you'll get an error. If you get a confirmation, then the email is out there.
