My Inmate System profile is apparently missing (from the A's)

While checking to update it I found that all listings after "audiomaster" are non-existant (the next listing appears to go to the "B's"). Am I missing something?

The funny thing is that 1) I'm fully logged in, but in the upper right-hand corner I'm requested to "register" in order to add a system which should already be there, and 2) when I clicked on Inmate Log-in I had no trouble locating my Reference system and updating it, but it still hasn't appeared on the Inmate Systems page.

Could someone explain what's going on? Thanks!
