Why can I never get thru to contribute?

For around a year I have tried to contribute to AA by credit card. I can never do it. After logging in I get a message stating "Security failure.Data decryption error." As you know, I did not have this problem in the past and was able to garner a couple of yo-yo's. I have no trouble with payments/contributions on any other site. What's the problem?
