Well, my experience has been that I've sent him 3 emails with no reply. I then called him and spoke with him about my concern and found that he did not read my email, and he said to resend it. It's been over a week and no reply. This is the kind of behavior that I've gotten from the Audiogon staff, but I did not expect this level of ignorance from these guys. Very disappointing.
