Update... PayPal ruled in my favor and the seller, Bill Perkins at Pearl indicated he would refund my money.... the PayPal policy is another 7 day waiting period before I could access the funds.... after waiting almost 3 weeks PayPal contacted me to indicate that the sellers bank account did not have adequate funds to cover the $84.00 so no money.... the fraud continues
