CDBABY invades my privacy

I don't want to go on a rant, but -I bought a couple of discs from these guys, and then I just received a shameless plug email from one of the artists saying, basically, I'm so glad you live close to me and like my music. Support me more.
I'm pissed - CDBABY not only passed along my email address but also my address apparently. I believe this to be an invasion of privacy, and just wrote them an email telling them to purge their files of any of my info - I won't be coming back.
What say you?
