This is a message I received from TOTEM regarding some speakers being sold at MSS.

Hi,

the units purchased from MSS HIFI came from an unauthorized source and as such we would refuse any warranty and service on the units

we recommend purchasing used product from authorized vendors or from individuals who have the original bill of sale
