that if you have emails from MSS stating they bought the item from the factory, and the factory denying it, you have enough material to open a case for fraud somewhere. For all you know, the equipment might've been stolen.

Even if it hasn't, the fact the serial number was missing should in any case have been mentioned, the item cannot be sold "as new".

I never suspected MSS were that shady. That might be the reason why they suddenly changed name. I'll never deal with them.
