Ok, a few things, from the A-gon dispute team (yea!) it appears that neither of you won or lost but that they bailed on the dispute with the reason given being vague and pretty much a cop out; great system. It also seems they have erased all neg. feedback, again great system.
Ernest proof the incident 1999 would be a good rather then just throwing it out there as it seems he has some to support his position. Also I'm not convinced about the 'buyers remorse', that is just speculation.The red flag though is Ernest has been in this business long enough to know to Cover Your Ass. Not sending a package insured with tracking numbers is just asking for problems, I would only ever do that with someone I know personally AFTER discussing it with them. Also sending cash to someone you suspect of ripping you off with the first package?!? Man, that is not kindness and weakness that is just not being real smart. Again you've been in the business long enough to know better, and if you didn't before you know now.
