This is not the first transaction between Rudy and myself.The first transaction was in Feb 2009 in which Rudy bought a pair of my Silver Signature speaker cables.

Since Rudy owned my Silver Signature speaker cables I think he decided to try them against the Au24 cables he later bought from me. When he compared my Silver Signature speaker cables to the Au24 cables he probably felt like the Au24 cables were not worth the $861.00 compared to the $255.00 he paid for my Silver Signature speaker cables.

So what better way to scam me...he already knew my shipping practices because he bought from me before. Rudy knew I was a reasonable man and exploited that fact to not only get a pair of Au24 cables,but more of my ELF Audio cables and $400 bucks.

This email proves that Rudy knew who I was from previous dealings and that he wanted to know if I had cables that bettered the Au24 cables?

Rudy had intentions on getting my cables and money from the very beginning. Thats why with the FedEX issue he made sure he got the cables but claimed he didn't get the money,thinking ernest is a nice guy and he will send me another $400... that way he would have gotten the Au24's for free and my cables for free.
