That states the transaction is complete and you will not be accepting a return or giving him a refund of any kind.

If he continues to harp on you for a refund, just ignore him. He has no recourse with Ebay, or whatever method of payment he used. If he returns the cartridge to you without your permission, just refuse the package and ahve it sent right on back.
