Hi,
I sold a cartridge with a broken stylus on Ebay in Nov2008.
The fact that the cartridge was broken was made clear in the listing.
The coils on both channels were good.
The buyer left positive feedback and was fully satisfied with the transaction.
The buyer had the cartridge retiped by Soundsmiths.
He now mails me after four months and says that one of the coils in one channel is weak and wants to return the cartridge. He is also claiming a refund from Soundsmiths.
I have mailed Ebay about this but have not received any reply.
Am I liable to refund him his money, can the buyer change the feedback left?
Regards
Rajiv
