I personally would close my Paypal account. But I would not stop there...

In addition, cancel any credit card numbers you have linked to that account, and have the CC companies issue you a new card, then call your bank and request a new account number (provided your checking account is linked to your Paypal).

If there was a withdrawl from your Paypal account, it may mean all of your linked accounts are comprimised... don't take any chances. All of these changes are easy to do. It maybe a slight inconvenience now... but something like this could throw you into financial ruin with no recourse.
