Paypal incident scary or nothing to worry about?

Sunday morning there was an email in my inbox from Paypal in Chinese. I open my Paypal account to find a "mass payment" had been issued from my account to an individual I had never heard of.

I opened a dispute and received an email from Payal this morning that the dispute had been resolved in my favor. The money is back in my account even though no explanation was provided.

My question is this: Do you think I should delete my Paypal account?
My gut tells me "yes," however, I am a long-time Paypal customer. I have never had any issues before--but this recent occurence has left a bad taste in my mouth.
