You know its weird. I go into court tomorrow defending my client who is a cop, who had materals to booby trap his house and blow up half his neighborhood to kill his ex-wife.

Scary?
Nope. I could do it my sleep.

But today was DUILAWYER vs. UPS, where I sued them for the three items they trashed. I was so scared, I could not sleep. I knew the judge, and I had presided over that very court, sat in her chair,but it was still SCARY!!!!!

We almost settled it, UPS showed they had paid for one item, but the check got lost, another they said they would pay for since Office Depot had packed it, and the third they said they would look at, so we go back in a month, but we are close, it will settle.

That $1300 means more to me than a fee 5 times that.
