It's sort of a Catch-22. We do have some AI built into our email software that does catch spammers. However, once we recognize them, they tend to come back with different email addresses and different scam emails. On average, we get hit by one of these guys about once a week and yes, we caught your fellow after he sent a couple of emails and blocked the next 40. That's the unfortunate part because it takes letting a few get by to catch them.
