I have had three sellers with perfect feedback ship amps to me that were damaged in shipment due to poor packing. In each case the amp shifted when I originally lifted the box to take it from the delivery man. In two cases the guys strung out paying me. One guy did the honorable thing and refunded my money promptly.
I will never buy again on Audiogon without a clear, in writing, agreement that the seller is responsible for damage. I also will insist on original packaging.
