If you used credit card through Paypal, contact your bank. I had an experience like this myself, and called my credit card bank (after the seller turned a deaf ear). My bank wiped the charge off my account and had me ship the preamp to Paypal. Then my bank and I were in the clear, leaving Paypal and the seller to duke it out.

If you didn't use a credit card through Paypal, it sounds like you are SOL. Sorry to hear of your troubles.
