Like others I wait 5 business days, I then send a low key email asking for the date item was shipped so I can arrange for someone to be home to recieve it. I usually get a responce in 2 or 3 days, and thank him for letting know. This time of the year is always slow, holidays or weather, I am shure there are a lot of packages stuck in the midwest or northeast right now.
