Help. New to Ebay. Seller has welched

I won an auction, paid right away by paypal and for 2 days the seller has not even replied to my messages. My account at paypal is tied to my US Master Card. Can I just deal with this through Master Card? Or do I have to do something through Ebay and/or Paypal?

The seller has a decent-sized business that looks real and we have talked once before during the auction and everything seemed fine. What if she died or got sick or...?

What should I do, and is there some time limit if i have to go back through paypal to get my money?
