Did you at least leave negative feedback? Did you file a complaint with EBAY?

There are a lot of things you can do to protect yourself....I sell on eBay and have over 600 positive feedbacks...so I know a little bit about eBay.

I looked up catshifi and I did not see any recent negatives, so you need to do that before it is too late....file a fraud case WITH EBAY....not many people know that is an option...do it before time limit runs out.

File another claim with PayPal....Item not as described...see what happens. CALL Paypal....they have a "comp" fund and will sometimes go ahead and refund your money as long as you are in good standing and have more than a few feedbacks.

Become a thorn in their side until they resolve the matter in your favor....don't roll over!

But, until you post negative feedback, no one will take you seriously in my opinion.
