Thanks, but what's the difference b/w a gray market and a black market?

I mean, we are these guys getting all this audio stuff? If the products are not sold by an authorized dealer and the manufacturer will not back a "gray market" product with a warranty b/c he doesn't know who sold it or where it came from, then presumably there is some foul play involved in how the seller must have obtained the product in the first place. What distinguishes a "gray" market product from a "black" market product? Thanks.
