You make a number of serious accusations. Care to give examples?
I've found Audiogon an acceptable place to buy and sell a few things, but I sure don't turn to them for cutting edge audio discussion.
And, in what manner are their activities illegal? Last time I checked, "freedom of speech" was a constitutional limitation regarding the laws that the US Congress could pass regulating public speech. To my knowledge, Audiogon is (as is Audio Asylum) a privately operated entity that is free to restrict what is published on their website. That is similar to a newspaper - you have no "right" to demand your local paper publish your letter to the editor. What you are free to do, though, is start your own newspaper.
If you have things to say that Audiogon is not permitting you to say, the answer is to start your own web site. I know you can get a domain name of your own for under $10 and rent server space to host it for under $10 a month. For that modest sum, then you could call the shots!
