"If you did not ahve us pack it,we are not repsonsible, that's written on your receipt". THAT IS THE THIRD TIME THEY HAVE tried weasling out of paying for crap they broke.
I start reading the fine print, and guess what? BINGO!!!!
It says no such thing, just that they are not responsible for improper packing, and since OFFICE DEPOT, their agent PACKED IT, they are ON THE HOOK!!! Anyone else get taken by UPS's "Well if you (had any part in packing) it UPS is not responsible for dropping it, or sticking a pole through the box and its contents (an amplififer)." ??
