The C and R and L are in parallel with each other and together they constitute the load that's being driven by the source.
The load looks like it's in parallel with the 5050 ohm source to me. (the audio generator with 50 ohms of output impedance, in series with the 5000 ohm resistor constitutes the 5050 ohm source)
