input impedance of Don Allen linestage?

Anybody know what is the input impedance of Don's linestage? (I have one and am wanting to see whether it would mate well with a particular phono stage.) How could I measure the input impedance? Is it just a matter of applying the leads of a VOM multi-tester to the hot and ground of an input jack on the preamp and testing for resistance? If there is no easy answer, does anybody have Don's new contact information? Thank you. (And sorry for posting here, but I know that several SET folks, like me, have Don's equipment.)
