Hello Saki, the short answer is no, they are not the same. But taking a closer look reveals many similarities. Primarily, they are both single ended 300b driven by a 6sn7 and a pair of 5687 and capacitor coupled. The power supply is different, however, with two 6x5 and there are additional chokes for more smoothing. While I haven't seen a schematic for the Meishu, I would think the biasing of the 300b is similar to the kit1.
An additional thought is construction quality. You mention having someone build it for you, and I have found that build quality does show in the listening--especially regarding hum. With that in mind, the factory Meishu appears impeccibly put together.
I built a kit1 about 10 years ago and it has given me many hours of blissful listening!
