The Meishu like all production integrated amps are essentially their preamp and power amp combinations in one larger case sharing on power supply. The Meishu is the M2 preamp and I believe the P3 power amp (although I am not sure about the latter). The OTO SE is the M1 preamp and P1SE power amp.
Interestingly you could probably buy an M2 preamp and Quest Silver 300B monoblocks for around the same price of the Meishu - and personally I prefer those. The new M2 combination I heard in HK was really surprising. I was strongly considering getting it. Still am but may hold off for the M3 or M6.he Kits side also offers preamp kits. Their new L5 Mentor preamp looks awesome.
