For a 3.5W-10W monoblock, I would say 50VA per monoblock is more than enough. Your amps may draw more than that when you first turn them on, but only for a short period of time.
Resist the urge to put your two amplifiers on a 1000+VA isolation transformer, as you'll put 120V in and get a lot more than 120V out with such a light load.
