Is this 300b too good to be true?

Folks,
I decided to go SET in my system and started what is now a REALLY long Audiogon thread called "What's The Greatest Bargain in SET These Days?" I learned a lot from that thread and - since I got more for selling my previous gear than I thought I would - splurged and went for a 300b integrated. I'm going to be building an Audio Note Kit 1, 2014 Edition, with upgraded capacitors.
BUT...
In the course of my explorations, I discovered the Audio Nirvana 300b integrated. It's developed and sold direct by Commonsense Audio out of Missouri. The proprietor is David Dicks, whose Audio Nirvana speaker speaker drivers and kits seem to be well known in the DIY speaker universe.
I was sorely tempted to try this amp, but ultimately took a pass. But if this amp is as good as he says it is, it's a gargantuan bargain.
