Fi Audio 2A3/45 monos. Plays both, but a 2+ year wait. I love them. Fi also sells a 45 amp (optimized for the 45 tube).Yamamoto A08 (Jac Music). Among the very best.
Audio Note (UK) Paladin power amp (not monos). Still a very nice amp. Audio Note also makes a number of SET monos with 2 parallel tubes each, but I don't know if it makes a 45 version. Contact them.
Wavelength Audio make a 45 monoblock amp, but I don't see it in their current offers. Contact them.
Deja vu audio in DC can also set you up.
Tektron, Italian, sells som custom-made 45 monos.
Miyajima-Labs also, a japanese firm, sold by Robyatt Audio. There are probably more mfrs in Japan.
That's all I can think of, now. You might contact Thomas Mayer at VinylSavor. He maybe knows many of the the EU mfrs.
There are probably others. The best buy in terms of sound and cost is Fi Audio, but oh what a wait! I did not cover DIY used or new, because there are so many potential builders. Tube Audio Lab could have built you a pair, but he's out of business.
