Then you would very likely need a different output transformer to cope with the different operating point, as well as integrating a fixed bias supply, and potentially even a higher voltage coupling capacitor (if an interstage transformer isn't employed).
I don't think fixed bias is a huge advantage in class A unless you don't have enough power supply voltage.
